It has only been days since Guitar Hero 5 was announced for a September release. Then we were handed a sample list of artists who’d make an appearance on the title. Now it seems we have a comprehensive list of just who all would be coming to rock our gaming consoles. GH5’s official page is the source for the names of “some of the biggest rock artists and bands of all time, including The Rolling Stones, The White Stripes, Kings of Leon, Tom Petty, Bob Dylan, Johnny Cash, Santana and Vampire Weekend.” The list is sure to please some, even as it leaves some disappointed. Either way, it’s all good. Jump for all the illustrious names.
